Yet another banana bread. Or chocolate loaf cake. Or whatever it should be named… maybe awesome? This Double Chocolate Banana Bread left the office kitchen in record time I think. I brought it in last week.
I made it vegan of course, margarine and egg replacer for my substitutions. I love the brown sugar in it and I did add the cinnamon which was subtle but added a bit of something. I don’t think anyone noticed but it was pretty good.
