I haven’t had a granola bar or square in a bit. I decided to whip up this recipe for breakfasts and I ended up eating quite a bit as snacks. I’m still feeling a bit sick so I thought having easy thing around to eat would help.
I wish these stuck together a bit better. They fell apart on me when I went to cut them into pieces. The banana and peanut butter is not a good binder. I didn’t have any linseeds which was probably the issue or sunflower seeds so I put in some pumpkin seeds. Tasted good, just crumbly.
