I made a quick bread! I do have a list of things to bake, but nothing is calling to me. Go figure. However, The bananas in our house were ripe and needed to be made into banana bread.
It tasted better than it looked. To be honest, I didn’t try at all with the photos and it was nighttime. I just really wanted to eat banana bread. Watch the middle when you are baking, and consider rotating the pan. I usually don’t have any troubles but this one even left in the oven a bit longer gave me a bit of a wet spot dead center. Pretty weird, but I’m gonna blame my oven, not Dreena’s recipe.
